The hotel had everything I needed, including an English news channel, air cast for playing videos, and a bright room. The breakfast had a great variety and tasted delicious. The bathroom was modern and well-equipped, with a jet toilet, bathtub, and shower with curtains. The staff were amazing, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, even providing medical supplies.
There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel was located in a very convenient area and the breakfast buffet had a delicious variety of food. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed.
My experience was very somewhat disappointing. The room was not cleaned properly and there was a strange smell in the bathroom that made it difficult to enjoy my stay.

The hotel had a great location, close to many shops and restaurants, and it was nicely decorated for Christmas. the room was clean and had a comfortable bed. the staff was friendly and helpful, and they offered free Wi-Fi and a delicious breakfast buffet with many options to choose from.
The bathroom was small and cramped, and the shower curtains were old and dirty. the TV was outdated and had limited channels, including no English news channels.
